GT-SORT observes IDEFIX/Ariane Rocket Body 42P

GT-SORT obtained a sequence of semi-resolved images Friday night of the IDEFIX/Ariane Rocket Body 42P ( Catalog no. 27422 ). As can be seen from the image sequence (dark frames subtracted), the rocket body orientation changes substantially over the few sequential frames shown here. This is another success on the path to achieving full operational status using the new optical train and CMOS sensor.
